Each charter comes with a skilled crew, emergency gear, fuel, and standard drinks. The specific items included vary depending on the type of service — for example, romantic cruises come with premium refreshments and light snacks, while business charters offer meeting facilities and specialized catering for corporate needs.

To secure your preferred date, booking 2–3 weeks in advance is advised, and more so during the busy season which runs from May to September. For professional events and private functions, reserving 4–6 weeks beforehand is prudent to ensure availability and to allow for personalization of your event.

Our highest priority is safety. In the case that our captain deems the weather unsafe, we will propose an alternative date for rescheduling your yacht charter or provide a complete refund. We continuously monitor weather forecasts and will inform you if there's uncertainty about weather conditions 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.

Certainly, bringing personal refreshments and snacks is permitted. Nonetheless, we also have top-notch catering services available and are able to tailor menus to suit your taste. For safety reasons, please be aware that glassware is not allowed on board.

We make efforts to ensure our services are inclusive for everyone. Certain yachts are equipped with better facilities to assist those with mobility concerns. A cancellation giving 72 hours notice or more from the planned departure time will be fully refunded. Cancellations occurring between 24–72 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation does not qualify for a refund, except if it's due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical failures on our end.
